Is Senator Tim Scott married?
Senator Tim Scott is not married. Had he not dropped out of the presidential race, he would’ve become the first single president since 1884.
Scott revealed that he was dropping out of the presidential race on November 12, 2023.
He previously campaigned proudly as a 30-year-old virgin and promoted his devout Christian faith as a selling point, as reported by the Daily Mail.
But, this changed when he was 45 years old, after he won a seat in the US House of Representatives.
Scott reportedly had a serious girlfriend at the time, but the relationship ended when he ran for the place in the US House.
On November 8, Scott introduced his girlfriend, Mindy Noce, during the third Republican presidential debate. Mindy appeared with Scott on stage to take a picture. The two have reportedly been dating “about a year or so.”
In 2018, he revealed to Politico that he wants to have six children.
The Republican senator is an evangelical Protestant.
He is a member of Seacoast Church – a prominent evangelical church in Charleston – and a former member of the church’s board.
Who is Senator Tim Scott?
Senator Timothy Eugene Scott was born in North Charleston, South Carolina, on September 19, 1965.
Scott grew up “in a poor, single-parent household” to a mother who worked long hours as a nursing assistant, according to his Senate bio.
He worked his way up through county and state politics before being elected to the House of Representatives in 2010.
In 2013, he was appointed to the Senate by then-South Carolina governor – now rival presidential candidate – Nikki Haley, following the resignation of incumbent Senator Jim DeMint.
He won a special election to complete DeMint’s term in 2014.
This was backed up by wins in 2016 and 2022, as he made history as the first Black senator from the South since Reconstruction.
Scott owns an insurance agency, Tim Scott Allstate, and is a partner in Pathway Real Estate Group, LLC.

Is Tim Scott running for President in 2024?
Senator Scott formally announced his presidential campaign on May 22, 2023.
Around 11:30 am ET, the presidential candidate personally addressed his hometown.
“Are you proud to be an American?” he asked the crowd, before giving his mother a shoutout and welcoming her to the stage.
“For those of you who wonder if it’s possible for a broken kid from a broken home to rise above their circumstances, the answer is yes,” he continued.
Before his speech, the congressman took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the current president.
Hours before his campaign officially launched, he wrote: “President Biden is on track to become the first President in American history to default on the debt limit.
“We need a leader who is able to step up to the plate and negotiate a responsible budget.”
On May 19, 2023, news broke that Scott filed to run for president in 2024.
But roughly nine months later, the Senator revealed that he was dropping out of the race.
Scott revealed the news on Trey Gowdy’s Fox News show.
“When I go back to Iowa, it will not be as a presidential candidate. I am suspending my campaign.
“I think the voters, who are the most remarkable people on the planet, have been really clear that they’re telling me: not now,” Scott said.
